The images are intended for use in brochures, posters, editorial publications and tourism related websites intended to promote Rotorua and/or Tauranga as a destination. Permission must be gained from Volcanic Air Safaris before utilizing any of the images in any other medium.
The images may not be used for commercial gain without permission from Volcanic Air Safaris i.e. postcards, calendars, souvenirs, or for the advertising of other products or services.
On selling of the images is prohibited. Images used must be credited to Volicanic Air Safaris. The images may not be altered or manipulated in any way. Breach of these conditions may result in prosecution under the Copyright Act 1994.
